Bring clinical questions, data, and uncertainty. Build your reasoning alongside a supervisor who will help you keep the science clear and the person's experience in view.

Our supervision specialty

Scientific rigor.
Human connection.

Behavior-analytic precision and compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care belong together. Supervision helps you translate those values into decisions you can explain, evaluate, and adapt.

The science

Think clearly. Measure meaningfully.

Develop precise operational definitions, thoughtful functional assessment, sound measurement, and data-based decisions. Connect research to each person's context.

The relationship

Listen, collaborate, and respond.

Practice recognizing assent and withdrawal, responding to distress, and working alongside clients and caregivers. Examine how your own decisions affect trust and participation.

The person

Support autonomy and a meaningful life.

Choose socially valid goals with the person. Respect communication differences, sensory needs, and self-advocacy. Evaluate changes in access, participation, and quality of life.

Remote fieldwork supervision

Starting at $200 / month

Practice functional assessment, precise measurement, and evidence-based decisions while attending to assent, autonomy, context, and socially meaningful goals.

  • 4 individual, 60-minute remote meetings per calendar month.
  • Individualized unrestricted-activity planning and feedback during meetings.
  • A tracking template and help organizing documentation.
  • Up to 30 minutes of additional monthly documentation review.
  • Initial onboarding and a written supervision contract, without an enrollment fee.

Additional agreed supervision is $50/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Substantial extra review is quoted before work begins. Unlimited messaging or review is not included.

Fit review and a signed agreement come first. The schedule must meet your applicable requirements; this package does not promise a fixed number of countable fieldwork hours. Review time is not automatically candidate supervision time. Monthly fees cover agreed supervision and review services described in the written agreement. Fieldwork activities are identified and documented in line with applicable requirements and that agreement.

Get organized

Fieldwork Organization Session

$35 / 45 minutes

Work on your tracking system, documentation categories, and a plan for keeping records organized. Leave with clearer questions to discuss with your current supervisor.

This standalone administrative support session is not sold as qualifying fieldwork and does not include retroactive verification, an official BACB audit, or signing for hours supervised by someone else. Do not send client records through the contact form.

Not sure where to start? The fit call is free.

Request a free 15-minute conversation about your goals and fieldwork setting. It is a fit discussion, not a tutoring session or countable fieldwork. No payment is required to inquire.

Introductory supervision pricing is available to the first 3 approved candidates, with that rate held for their first 3 consecutive months. Introductory tutoring prices apply to the first 10 paid tutoring sessions across the practice. Offer eligibility, availability, and the price are confirmed before booking; this is not a live count of openings.

Supervision is arranged and paid one approved month at a time, not through an automatic subscription. Scheduling, cancellation, refund, and termination terms are provided for review before payment. There is no instant checkout or automatic approval of a fieldwork arrangement.

Tutoring and formal fieldwork are different services. BACB guidance excludes studying for the certification examination from fieldwork; qualifying fieldwork must relate to actual client services. Read the BACB fieldwork guidance.

Not just another Zoom meeting

Supervision should feel like learning to be a BCBA.

Fieldwork is where coursework becomes practice. Supervision should give you opportunities to analyze, design, explain, collaborate, make decisions, receive feedback, and strengthen the repertoires expected of an independent behavior analyst.

Contextual supervision is active and conversational. Expect case conceptualization, applied projects, data interpretation, ethical problem solving, feedback, research-to-practice discussion, and questions that make you explain your clinical reasoning. We examine both the evidence for an intervention and how the person experiences it, including assent, sensory needs, communication, and social validity.

Build the judgment to ask what works, why it works, and whether it serves the person.

Unrestricted hours

Focused on the work behavior analysts actually do.

This supervision offering is designed for unrestricted fieldwork, not paid or purchased restricted/direct-therapy hours. Activities are individualized to your competencies, professional goals, client context, and applicable BACB requirements.

Assessment & observation

Practice observation, assessment planning, operational definitions, data interpretation, and behavior-analytic clinical reasoning tied to real clients.

Data analysis

Move beyond collecting data to interpreting patterns, evaluating progress, selecting displays, and making defensible data-based decisions.

Meaningful programming

Develop goals, measurement systems, and teaching procedures that build communication, self-advocacy, and participation while respecting assent and individual priorities.

Caregiver & staff training

Build skills in behavioral skills training, feedback, collaboration, treatment integrity, and communicating behavior analysis clearly.

Ethics, assent & clinical judgment

Work through realistic decisions about autonomy, assent, social validity, sensory needs, and intervention selection. Explain how ethical reasoning shapes your practice.

BCBA-level thinking

Practice case conceptualization, prioritization, troubleshooting, research application, and explaining the why behind clinical decisions.

Remote supervision

Telehealth convenience. Real fieldwork.

Supervision meetings can occur remotely when the fieldwork arrangement meets BACB requirements and applicable state law. Remote does not mean disconnected: qualifying fieldwork must involve real clients, and the supervision arrangement must allow the supervisor to meet applicable requirements for client connection, observation, and oversight.

Before hours begin

We make sure the arrangement fits.

A supervision contract is required before supervised fieldwork begins. We will review your setting, clients, current supervision arrangement, fieldwork goals, documentation system, and applicable requirements to determine whether the arrangement is appropriate.

Hour tracking & documentation

Know where your hours stand.

You remain responsible for maintaining documentation that demonstrates your fieldwork meets BACB requirements, but you do not have to figure out the system alone.

We will help you establish an organized tracking process, review hours throughout each supervisory period, discuss whether activities qualify, and identify gaps early — instead of discovering a documentation problem when final verification is due.

Current BACB requirements

Fieldwork rules matter.

BACB requirements can change and depend on the pathway and fieldwork period involved. Candidates should use the current BCBA Handbook and BACB fieldwork resources as the controlling source. Supervision services do not guarantee that hours will be accepted by the BACB or that a candidate will qualify for certification.
